If you are having a kitchen extension we will provide you with an accurate measured finished floor plan at foundation stage to allow ordering ahead of schedule avoiding any waiting time.

We aim to build 95% of all extensions and loft conversions from the outside, only doing the opening up works during the very last stages to keeping disruption to a minimum.

JK Construction will never ask for money up front or before the scheduled payment as detailed in the contract, usually 4 in total. The last 25% payment is only requested once building control have given approval of the build being signed off as completed. We do this because we are extremely confident in our work and want to eliminate any financial risk to customers when using our services.
