Design & Build

We have our own design and build team, in house architect and engineer which enables us to offer an all-in-one design and build package that can help with every aspect of the build, such as ideas, drawings, planning, building works and utilities. We also offer a free detailed specification including mechanical and electrical details with every quote tailor made to your requirement, this guarantees that you will receive the work you pay for and expect, exactly how you want it. A schedule of works can also be provided to keep you informed of progress.

Our dedicated team

All our tradesmen are highly skilled, experienced, polite and friendly, providing high standards and a professional service. The majority of private construction companies do not have such big teams and contract out most of their work, meaning finishing dates are not solely reliant upon your builder and rarely upheld. Unlike most contractors, we do not sub-contract our work to third parties which allows us full control over time management and costings. All work is done by our own full-time tradesmen which have all relevant up to date qualifications including Gas Safe Registered engineers and NICEIC qualified electricians. We realise a building project can be stressful however our speed and efficiency will reduce this and we’ll try to make the experience as easy and enjoyable for you as possible.

We are registered with Kent Trading Standards, CHAS and Safe Contractor ensuring that we approach health and safety with the most utmost importance. There are no upfront fees for any services or supply of materials, all payments are staged upon completion of each segment of work and some projects we offer payment upon completion, leaving you in full control and at no financial risk.
